Project Overview

ThePowerMBA, now The Power Business School, is an e-learning platform created as an alternative of modern MBAs and Masters.

My Role

I started to be part of the team in their early phase where everything had to be done and the company was growing so fast that it needed to maintain its momentum.

Challenges

1. Collaborate with a marketing and directive team.
2. Work in a high turnover environment.
3. Overdelivery was a must.
4. Not everyone has their role well defined.

My Involvement & Implementation

• Maintained and created new features for their MVP.
• Designed the UX/UI flow and then programmed a whole new payment gateway.
• Integrated a new code-testing solution for the existing platform.
